Voyager comes across a disabled Borg cube.
My biggest concern about the Borg is that they’re too hard a threat for a single ship to deal with. And as a result the only way to tell good stories will be to dumb them down. So far this episode avoids that, managing to keep the Borg as a real threat.
But the episode tries to do too much – the ex-Borg and the Borg cube are both interesting stories, and the episode doesn’t do full justice to either of them. And there’s a pretty gratuitous redhisrt death at the start of the episode, one that adds nothing to the story.
